MIND
MIND (Managing Information for Natural Disasters), an automated, open-source platform, has been launched by Pulse Lab Jakarta to integrate multiple non-traditional data sets to enhance disaster response strategies. Triggered by alerts from the Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System, MIND streams and analyses data in one place, providing stakeholders with timely insights on affected areas and community needs. It incorporates Twitter data, route planning APIs, fact sheets, news article analysis, and Google Trends to facilitate comprehensive and effective disaster management.
